CPManager

This is a conversion tool for CPManager-files of version 0.95 to the latest version. Upload your cpmanager-file: Click "browse" and choose your list (*.xml). Then submit the request by clicking "convert".
In the next step you'll get the converted contents. Just paste this in a new file, add ".xml" as suffix and it's all done. :-)
